KENSHO YOGA offers a complete legally recognized course, dedicated to yoga enthusiasts and those who practice and teach this ancient discipline. The course offers an immersion in the wisdom of the body and in Eastern culture and philosophy, with the aim of developing individual resources, emancipation and responsibility in a socio-community context.
The program includes 12 meetings, each lasting about 2 hours, focused on the development of the practice of Vinyasa, enriched by over thirty years of research by the Master. The course also includes an individual sesshin, an intensive training that verifies the effective understanding and transmission of the Dharma according to the Soto Zen tradition.
Part of the course will be dedicated to the study and reading of fundamental texts, including:
- Black Elk Speaks by John G. Neihardt
- The Precious Wreath of Bird Teaching

Training
My training has been influenced by solitary frequentation of a wild and uncontaminated environment by readings and teachers who have contributed to shape my deep understanding of yoga. Every teaching I have received has allowed me to grow as a teacher and as a practitioner, and this is what I try to transmit to my students, every time they teach or practice with me.
